The world of work is changing… AI advancements, increased globalization, remote/hybrid/in office, DEI, and more. Companies need to be innovative and move fast to win talent. That’s where I come in. I am a notable industry leader with proven experience transforming talent landscapes and fostering inclusive workplaces at top-tier companies like Microsoft, Twitter, Eventbrite, Procter & Gamble and the Clorox Company.
It’s not everyday you meet a scientist turned human resources leader but this intersection is where my skills excel. My approach to Human Resources is heavily influenced by my training as a scientist, allowing me to lead with data, test hypotheses, champion courageous conversations, adapt to constantly changing environments and take risks to drive innovation. This has led to success and positive impact at companies like Twitter where I spearheaded strategies and that doubled the company size during Twitter’s growth phase and doubled the representation of Black and Latiné employees. I drove impact through experimentation in events and programs that revamped early career hiring to bring in GenZ talent – its fastest growing user base – to the organization.

Skills – these are all the rage. I have a crazy idea to somehow incorporate skills so that when folks see them and they have a job that matches some agglomeration of these skills, then they choose me. I was advised to keep this as broad as possible vs. limiting myself. Not sure how to do it in a way that doesn’t look gaudy but throwing this out here.
