Dr. Maisha Gray-Diggs (@STEMDrMGD) holds the unique distinction of being one of a few engineering leaders who pivoted to ascend the ranks of talent acquisition leadership. She completed undergraduate and doctorate degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and Northwestern University, respectively. She is the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Twitter, Inc. and a change agent at the forefront in the “war for talent”, ensuring that #InclusionIsHappening in all of Twitter’s recruitment efforts. Dr. MGD’s favorite role is that of Mom to 10-year old boy/girl twins, who she happily chauffeurs to their competitive soccer games.
